We act as Commissioners for Oaths, which means we are authorised to verify affidavits (statements in writing and on oath) and other legal documents. This would include our verification of the signing of statutory declarations, the witnessing of signatures on legal documents, the certification of copies of documents as true copies and various other legal documents.


What you need to bring with you to our office:
Bring your passport/Driving Licence. Photo ID is required for affidavits/statutory declarations/witnessing of signatures.
Bring your documents. For documents to be witnessed/signed in accordance with relevant rules of practice, the entire document is necessary. Bring proof of your address such as a utility bill, bank statement or a document from Revenue. This document must be dated within the last three months.
